Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald left Monday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers twice, but returned to finish the game.

Arizona’s star wide receiver left Monday night’s game twice, but returned to finish the game.


Fitzgerald left the game originally because of a head injury. He passed a concussion test and was allowed to go back on the field.
Late in the game, Fitzgerald had to leave the game after getting something in his eye.
Fitzgerald couldn’t manage much against San Francisco’s defense. He finished the game with five catches for 52 yards. This season Fitzgerald has 45 catches for 511 yards and three touchdowns.
Although Fitzgerald returned to the game, San Francisco lineman Daniel Kilgore did not. He suffered a concussion on the opening kickoff, according to Rotoworld.
The Seattle Seahawks had three players suffer injuries in Sunday's 28-24 loss to the Detroit Lions, according to the News Tribune.
Fullback Michael Robinson and wide receiver Ben Obomanu each suffered sprained wrists, while wide receiver Golden Tate "tweaked" his ankle in the game.
Wide receiver Braylon Edwards did not play Sunday because his knee swelled up the day of the game.
