Despite being one of just three teams to escape the first four weeks without a loss, the Cardinals are still struggling to win over skeptics, and aren't even considered the favorites for their Thursday game against the Rams by some betting websites. While none have them as underdogs, one site lists the line as even despite the Cardinals opening as 2.5-point favorites.

The over/under opened at, and remains at, 38.5 points, a total that history tells us will likely go towards the under. Averaging just 19.8 points a game, the Rams’ offense will have to put up points against one of the NFL’s best defenses, something they have struggled with in the past against the Cardinals. In seven of the last eight matchups between the two teams, the under has been the winning total.
Arizona, on the other hand, has been having more offensive success, but has allowed Kevin Kolb to be sacked 13 times, the third highest total in the NFL. With Chris Long and Robert Quinn each having plenty of success at rushing the passer in 2012, the Cardinals may also have difficulty scoring points.
