NFL picks Week 5: Titans vs. Vikings

Most NFL experts are taking the Minnesota Vikings to beat the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

The Minnesota Vikings will ride their surprisingly fast start to the 2012 campaign into Sunday’s game with the Tennessee Titans at Ball of America Field in Minneapolis.

The Vikings are 3-1 on the young season, with back-to-back wins over San Francisco and Detroit in recent weeks. Tennessee enters Sunday’s game at 1-3, off a 38-14 Week 4 loss to Houston, the team’s third double-digit loss of the year. Halfback Chris Johnson provided a silver lining for the Titans, exploding for 141 yards on 25 carries.

The experts are largely choosing the Vikings to win Sunday. As of Wednesday night, all of ESPN’s NFL experts have picked the Vikings to win the game. The same goes for Yahoo! experts Mike Silver and Jason Cole, though Les Carpenter has not yet submitted his choices. All of the experts at CBS Sports are picking the Vikings as well, but their opinions are split when taking the spread into account.

The game kicks off at 4:25 ET Sunday. CBS will handle television coverage.
