This is the first of two match-ups between the division opponents.
The Falcons can make it a long day for the Saints’ defense, which has been shredded on the ground and through the air so far this season. New Orleans gives up the most rushing yards per game, and is ranked No. 29 in opposing passing yards.
Atlanta has one of the more dynamic wide receiver combinations in the league with Julio Jones and Roddy White, and quarterback Matt Ryan has to be in the MVP conversation. Michael Turner runs the ball for the Falcons. Turner has 517 yards and four touchdowns on the season.
Drew Brees has 50 straight games of throwing a touchdown pass, but the Saints have battled injuries to key receivers throughout the season.
