2012 Chiefs take their first lead of the season

For the first time this season, the Chiefs hold a lead in the regular season.

The 2012 Chiefs have some fight left in them, huh?

Something like that.

The Chiefs took their first lead of the season on Monday Night Football against the Steelers. Incredibly, the Chiefs hadn't led the entire season. They beat the Saints in Week 3 but that came in overtime on the game's final play. So they never led in regulation.

In Kansas City, there’s reason to celebrate a 7-0 score.
