Despite holding a lead late in the fourth quarter, the Cleveland Browns eventually lost to the Dallas Cowboys in overtime on Sunday, 23-20. The Browns shut out Dallas in the first half and built a 13-0 halftime lead, but the Cowboys were able to find some things that worked offensively in the second half, and that got them back in the game.

SB Nation Browns blog Dawgs By Nature called the game another “punch in the gut” for Cleveland and its fans. The Browns, who are now 2-8 this season, have lost five games by a touchdown or less in 2012.
Cleveland took a 20-17 lead on Dallas with a little over a minute remaining in the fourth quarter thanks to a touchdown pass from Brandon Weeden to Ben Watson. The Cowboys were able to work their way into field goal range, though, and evened the score at 20 with just a couple of seconds remaining.
In overtime, a Dan Bailey 38-yard field goal won the game for Dallas.
