NFL Week 9 picks and predictions: Falcons favorite over Cowboys
The Falcons are a popular pick to beat the Cowboys.

That's the case this weekend when the Atlanta Falcons (7-0) host the Dallas Cowboys (3-4) on Sunday at 8:20 p.m. ET. The Falcons have rarely been tested this season on their way to a spotless record. Experts, for the most part, predict another Atlanta win this weekend.
SB Nation’s Joel Thorman wrote Atlanta will be 8-0 once Sunday is over:
Sometimes, a stat can be all the preview you need. The Falcons are plus-10 in the turnover ratio this year. The Cowboys are minus-11. How many picks Tony Romo throws is the real question here.
The pick: 34-20, Falcons
Over at Yahoo! Sports, all four experts have the Falcons winning. CBS Sports nearly has a clean sweep. Seven of the nine experts there are picking the Falcons. And at ESPN, Atlanta is a clear favorite. Only two of the 14 experts pick the Cowboys to pull off the upset.
The Falcons have been the NFL's lone perfect team thanks to a relentless passing game. Quarterback Matt Ryan has completed 68 percent of his passes this season for 2,018 yards. He has thrown 17 touchdowns and just six interceptions. Ryan has three receivers -- Roddy White, Julio Jones and Tony Gonzalez -- who have more than 450 yards receiving.
Dallas quarterback Tony Romo has thrown for 2,073 yards this season, but he also has 13 interceptions.
