Minnesota Vikings’ star running back Adrian Peterson missed practice on Friday while the rest of his team prepared for a Week 9 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.

Jamie SquirePeterson has been particularly productive and explosive in recent weeks. He racked up 153 yards and one touchdown on just 23 carries against the Cardinals, and then he posted 123 yards and one touchdown on 15 carries against the Buccaneers. On the season, Peterson has rushed for 775 yards and four touchdowns on 151 attempts – good for 5.1 yards-per-carry average.
The Seahawks host the Vikings on Sunday at 4:05 p.m. ET, and the game will be broadcast on FOX.
