NFL bettors rebounded in Week 11, getting a handful of big favorites to cover the spread en route to a profitable week at the betting window.
Week 12 NFL odds: Opening lines have 4 games off the board
A short week sees many short odds as Week 12 opening lines went up Monday night. Thanksgiving Day features a pair of home underdogs that will attract plenty of wagering action.

But injury situations and a short week due to Thanksgiving has stumped oddsmakers in the early going of Week 12. Four games opened off the board (meaning no lines were posted yet) and two other games were even odds.
Clearly, injuries and parity are creating challenges for oddsmakers even at the best sportsbooks.
Favorites were 7-6-1 ATS on the week (with the push coming in the 13-10 Ravens win at Pittsburgh). The Patriots easily covered as double-digit chalk, while the other biggest favorites (the Texans and Falcons) eked out victories, failing to cover.
Three games take place on Thursday with the aforementioned Texans and Patriots each favored on the road at Detroit and the Jets, respectively. In the other game, Dallas is a small favorite at home to Washington.
