NFL picks and predictions Week 12: Steelers vs. Browns
Despite all their injuries, the Steelers are still favored by NFL pundits to get a road win in Cleveland.
The Steelers are coming off a loss to the Ravens that put them two games back in the division. The Browns have shown signs of life recently, but still have been unable to translate that into wins.
Joel Thorman of SB Nation believes that the Steelers will prevail in a defensive struggle in his Week 12 NFL picks. He points out that Cleveland has beaten Pittsburgh just twice since the year 2000.
The panel at ESPN is overwhelmingly in favor of the Steelers, as nine of the 12 experts picked Pittsburgh. Only Chris Mortensen, Chris Carter and Seth Wickersham believe the Browns will emerge victorious at home.
Five of CBS’s eight prognosticators went with the Steelers both straight up and against the spread. Two of Yahoo’s three pickers went with Pittsburgh.
Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET on Sunday.
