As the San Francisco 49ers picked up a big 31-21 win over the Saints on Sunday, they were not able to escape without injury. According to a tweet from Adam Schefter, the 49ers are fearful that wide receiver Kyle Williams tore a knee ligament. No further information on the injury has been made public, although a torn ligament would likely end Williams' season.
Kyle Williams injury: 49ers fear WR tore knee ligament
Kyle Williams might have torn something in his knee on Sunday, which could potentially end his season.

Williams is well-known across the NFL for muffing two punts in last year’s NFC Championship Game. He has played sparingly for San Francisco this season, hauling in 14 passes for 212 yards and a touchdown. Williams has also seen time on the special teams unit.
If Williams is done for any significant amount of time, look for rookie wide receiver A.J. Jenkins to see some playing time. The 49ers selected Jenkins with the 30th overall pick at the 2012 NFL Draft, although he's yet to see much of the field this season.
