The Carolina Panthers' victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night came at a cost, as running back Jonathan Stewart (ankle) and defensive tackle Ron Edwards (elbow) left the contest with injuries and never returned.
NFL injury report: Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart injures ankle in Monday Night win
The Panthers’ win Monday night came at a cost as running back Jonathan Stewart and defensive tackle Ron Edwards were injured.

Stewart suffered his injury in the third quarter, and it remains unclear if he will play Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. Stewart was seen with ice bags on both of his ankles after the game (says Joe Person of the Charlotte Observer), while Edwards was seen in a sling.
Meanwhile, division-leader Atlanta is banged up heading into a short prep week, as they play the New Orleans Saints on Thursday night.
As of Monday, the Falcons players listed as questionable were cornerback Dunta Robinson (concussion), cornerback Asante Samuel (shoulder), defensive tackle Peria Jerry (quadriceps) and safety Charles Mitchell (calf).
Both Robinson and Samuel were injured in Sunday's 24-23 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Samuel did not practice Monday, while Robinson wasn't even listed on the Falcons' injury report. Jerry also did not practice.
Meanwhile, the Saints' injury report Monday listed safety Isa Abdul-Quddus (concussion), tackle Charles Brown (knee), defensive tackle Junior Galette (ankle), tackle Bryce Harris (ankle), wide receiver Courtney Roby (shoulder, ankle) and tight end David Thomas (knee) as "did not practice."
The Buccaneers are waiting on safety Cody Grimm (hamstring) to return to action. He missed Sunday's game with the Atlanta and remains questionable heading into Week 13.
