Michael Vick is not ready to come back for the Philadelphia Eagles, as the team's starting quarterback has not yet been cleared after missing two games with a concussion.

Michael Vick might sit for a third straight week after suffering a concussion Week 10, as he has not yet passed tests clearing him to play.
Vick has not played since being injured early in the the team's Week 10 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. With Nick Foles as the starter, the results have been no different: a five-game losing streak turning into a seven-game losing streak. Foles has been passable as the team's starter, completing passes at a slightly higher rate -- 59.6 to Vick's 58.5 percent -- but he's only thrown one touchdown in 99 attempts while tossing three picks, as opposed to Vick's 11-to-9 touchdown-to-interception ratio. The offense was more effective under Vick, as the rookie is averaging 5.48 yards per attempt, over a yard worse than Vick's 6.9.
Head coach Andy Reid would not comment on who he would start if Vick were healthy, saying that he wouldn’t rush back the quarterback after he suffered a concussion.
“We have to get him healthy here to see where he’s at,” Reid said. “He took another test today and he didn’t pass it. I’m not going to put him at risk. I’m not going to do that. That’s not where we’re going with this thing.”
Foles says that he still considers Vick to be the starter. Winning would be a tough task for either starter, with running back LeSean McCoy also dealing with a concussion and Desean Jackson now possibly out with a rib injury.
