Coming off back-to-back losses, the Seattle Seahawks have come back down to earth in recent weeks. However, they have played difficult teams in the San Francisco 49ers, and Deroit Lions. Russell Wilson is a rookie QB playing well, but the heart of Seattle's offense has been running back Marshawn Lynch, who is on pace for more than 1,500 yards on the year.
The Minnesota Vikings are sitting at 5-3, but suffered a disappointing loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week, 36-17. Much like Seattle, they have their own QB playing well, but not spectacularly -- and then there's Adrian Peterson. Coming off his injury, nobody expected the running back to return to form this quickly. Yet, like Lynch, Peterson is on pace for a 1,500-yard season of his own.
