Ravens vs. Browns 2012: Plenty of questions loom for Browns

The Browns had opportunities on Sunday but lost 25-15 and now face a number of questions, including the future of head coach Pat Shurmur.

The Cleveland Browns scored 15 unanswered points against the Baltimore Ravens and appeared poised to pull the upset late in the fourth quarter, but ultimately fell to 2-7 with their second loss to Baltimore this season.

Following the game, Chris Pokorny of Dawgs By Nature said whether justified or not, the loss will create questions surrounding the future of Browns head coach Pat Shurmur. Shurmur is now 6-19 in two season in Cleveland and could find himself on the hot seat with new ownership taking over.

Shurmur isn't the only one taking criticism following the game. Brandon Weeden struggled, throwing two touchdowns while completing just 20 of 37 pass attempts. However, as Pokorny noted, this was Weeden's first poor performance since the season opener.

While Cleveland struggled in a few ways on Sunday, it wasn’t all negative. Pokorny expects Weeden to bounce back and with a favorable schedule and signs of progress, he said it’s only a matter of time for the Browns.

Weeden will rebound from this, and with Trent Richardson looking fresh and the defense showing some life for a long stretch today, it's only a matter of time before this team establishes some more consistency to win these types of games.
