Fantasy Impact: The Colts didn’t need Luck to throw for 433 yards again this time around, so don’t put too much stock into his outing in Jacksonville. He moved the ball well, and aside from a couple mistakes, he looked to be up to every bit of the hype surrounding him.

Mike EhrmannLuck finished the first half 11-for-15 with 143 yards and an interception. His two rushing touchdowns in the game have the Colts up 17-3 at the half. Luck now has five rushing scores on the season, one less than RGIII, who leads the league the NFL with six.

Jacksonville’s defense did a nice job holding Indianapolis, but on fourth-and-1 Luck pushed it in on a quarterback sneak for his second rushing touchdown of the night and fifth of the season. That gave the Colts a 17-0 lead which looks completely insurmountable at this point.

Doug BencDespite missing the past few weeks, Jones-Drew is still leads the team in rushing yards with 414, as well as in touchdowns with four. Having Jones-Drew in or out of the lineup has not made too much of a difference in Jacksonville’s win totals this year, but once the Jaguars do get him back on the field, they’ll at least become more competitive.

Mike EhrmannAndrew Luck doesn’t appear to be experiencing any issues throwing the ball against the Jaguars on Thursday night. The rookie has completed 7 of 9 passes to start the game, adding in a rushing touchdown at the start of the second quarter to extend the Colts lead.
Jacksonville continues to struggle on offense, so Luck should have plenty of time with the ball in his hands.
