Andrew Luck completed almost 70 percent of his passes, throwing for 227 yards. The Colts' rookie quarterback was unable to find the end zone through the air, but managed to score twice with his legs. Luck had a one-yard touchdown run and a five-yard touchdown run. He now improves his season total to 2,631 passing yards, on pace to break Cam Newton's rookie passing record set last year.
For Jacksonville, an offense that struggled to move the ball through the air was the story of the night. Blaine Gabbert played just over three quarters before being knocked out of the game due to a shoulder injury. Chad Henne took over, but didn't fare much better. Ultimately, Jaguars' QBs totaled 300 passing yards on 47 attempts, an average of just 6.4 yards, though this is heavily skewed by Henne's fourth quarter.
With Thursday’s win, the Indianapolis Colts improve to an unexpected 6-3 on the season. Jacksonville is still searching for its second win, now holding a record of 1-8.
Fantasy studs and duds
This wasn't a contest brimming with touchdowns, but two receivers separated themselves from the pack. Reggie Wayne of the Indianapolis Colts totaled 96 yards receiving on 8 catches while the Jaguars' Laurent Robinson finished with 77 yards on 9 receptions
Rashad Jennings is your fantasy dud of the night. Once thought to be the premiere mid-season pickup following Maurice Jones-Drew's injury, Jennings managed just 27 yards rushing on 11 carries.
Injury report
Gabbert left Thursday’s game early in the fourth quarter, it’s not believed his injury was serious, and shouldn’t have any lasting effects.

What’s next?
The Indianapolis Colts are on the road again, facing the New England Patriots on Nov. 18.
