Bomani & Jones: Give C.J. Spiller the damn ball

Fantasy football is over. At least it is for me, after a narrow five-point loss in the first round of the playoffs. Of course, that might have gone differently had C.J. Spiller gotten more than seven carries. I mean, when a man averages 6.6 yards per carry, the multiplication gods say seven carries aren't enough.

They were enough for Chan Gailey, though, and that’s the problem. It’s hard to tell whether it’s more selfish or stupid. Stupid for obvious reasons, but selfish because he’s not the only person in charge of a team. Millions of us run our own teams, and we’re dependent on coaches to make smart decisions. Like, you know, giving the ball to their best players. But Gailey had to go out and let us all down.

I’m mad. I know I’m not alone. So, for all of those who feel my pain, “Bomani & Jones” is gonna scream at Gailey until I feel better. You can watch it until you feel the same.

Thanks for nothing, Chan.
