Maybe the Bengals watched so much tape of the Eagles offense throwing games away, it just became contagious. Maybe not, but it's as logical as any other explanation for why the wheels came off Cincinnati's offense after the first quarter. Whatever happened, Eagles rookie defensive tackle Fletcher Cox took full advantage, sacking Andy Dalton twice on back-to-back plays in the third quarter.
Fletcher Cox makes it rain ... makes it rain sacks
The Eagles defensive tackle sacked Andy Dalton twice on consecutive plays. He celebrated appropriately.
Those are sacks number five and six, five-and-a-half actually, for Cox, who seems to be no worse for wear without Jim Washburn feminizing people’s names.
For those of our readers unfamiliar with craps, allow us to explain his celebration. He shoots. He rolls. He wins. He picks up the money and proceeds to make it rain.
