NFL Week 15 weather forecast: Rain across the Great Lakes and east coast

Another week and another storm system is spreading rain across the Great Lakes, the midwest, into Texas and then into the Northeast by Sunday night. The games that could see rain this weekend will be in Chicago, Cleveland, Oakland and Foxboro.
