The Ravens' offense has not lived up to expectations in 2012. Joe Flacco appears to have regressed slightly, which is a worrisome sign for a Baltimore team that needs its offense to make up for a defense that has been ravaged by injuries this season.
On the other sideline, the 10-3 Broncos have become a model of stability, as Peyton Manning has quieted any concerns about his recovery from off-season neck surgery by leading Denver on a eight-game winning streak and moving into the thick of the MVP race.
A win for Denver could put it in a position to win a bye through the first week of the playoffs, while Baltimore would go a long way towards wrapping up an AFC North title with a home victory over the surging Broncos.
