NFL inactives, Week 15: Colts vs. Texans

The Colts face Houston with a depleted offensive line and without safety Tom Zbikowski.

Both Houston and Indianapolis face continued problems with long-term injuries, but neither team has significant game-time decisions to make on Sunday. Inside linebacker Darryl Sharpton missed two of this week's three practices with a toe injury, but participated fully on Friday and will play Sunday. Safety Glover Quin (hip) and right tackle Derek Newton (knee) also missed much of the week, but both players are active for Sunday. Texans linebacker Brooks Reed, who has been out with a groin injury since Thanksgiving, remains inactive this week against the Colts. Cornerback Alan Ball is still inactive with a foot injury.

The Colts will be without five starters Sunday. Safety Tom Zbikowski will not play for the third consecutive week due to a knee injury. Linebacker Kavell Conner will sit out with a hamstring injury suffered last week. The Colts will also be depleted on the offensive line, as right tackle Winston Justice (bicep) and center Samson Satele (ankle) are out. Quarterback Andrew Luck and tight end Coby Fleener, who both fully participated in practice this week despite being listed as probable, are active and will play. Defensive tackle Clifton Geathers is a late scratch, and was not on the Colts' injury report this week.
