The Packers began their 2012 season with three losses in their first five games, then went on a five-game winning streak to surge into playoff contention. The streak came to a sudden end last Sunday, when the Packers were crushed, 38-10, by the New York Giants. Despite reduced production -- he has not thrown for more than 250 yards since Week 7 -- Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has remained the focal point of the Green Bay attack, throwing 28 touchdown passes against just seven interceptions. The Packers are 4-1 at Lambeau Field this season, with their only loss coming in Week 1 .
Minnesota has faded since a 5-2 start, losing three of their last four games. That slump includes last week's lackluster 28-10 defeat at the hands of the division-leading Chicago Bears, a loss that knocked the Vikings out of playoff position. Halfback Adrian Peterson leads the league in rushing yardage despite returning earlier than expected from an ACL injury he suffered last season.
