    US PRESSWIRE

At some point, a team has to learn from its mistakes and if the Tennessee Titans don’t have it within themselves to turn things around, August West of SB Nation’s Titans blog, Music City Miracles, would not be against the firing of the entire coaching staff.

Chris Johnson a bit of a fantasy disappointment

    Frederick Breedon

Johnson had rushed for 80 or more yards in each of his last six games and scored four touchdowns over that span.

Fantasy Impact: Johnson had a solid day in PPR leagues with his four receptions, but he returned to his early season rushing woes. Johnson had become a strong RB1 option after a terrible start to the season, but left a lot to be desired on Sunday.

Matt Schaub has an average day

    US PRESSWIRE

Fantasy Impact: Schaub is never going to be a consistent fantasy stud, this type of performance is what is expected from him. He showed against Jacksonville in Week 11 that he is capable of winning games by himself, but that is not his role in fantasy.

Andre Johnson comes back to earth

    Mike Carter-US PRESSWIRE

Fantasy Impact: Johnson couldn’t have been been expected to continue to catch for nearly 200 yards every game, and 56 yards is not a terrible day.

The most disappointing part of Johnson’s season is that he only has three touchdowns, but he still has over 1,000 yards and is a reliable option who should start every week.

Arian Foster held in check, but finds end zone

    Andy Lyons

Fantasy Impact: Despite being held to 2.7 yards per carry, Foster still had a solid day, and a good day in PPR leagues. Foster now has 15 touchdowns in 12 games this season.

Foster has had some inefficient games before, but has always bounced back strong. The Texans will need him to have a good game next week in New England.

  • Texans clinch playoff spot with win

    US PRESSWIRE

The Titans, who drop to 4-8, fall even further out of the postseason picture and will be looking to play spoiler for the remaining of the year.

Fantasy studs/duds: If you own Schaub, you got pretty much what you’d expect: another solid performance. Schaub was 21-of-35 passing for 207 yards and two touchdowns, good for a 95.8 rating. Locker, on the other hand, did not do quite as well. He also had 21 completions, but it took 45 attempts. He also threw three interceptions to just one touchdown.

Texans vs. Titans 2012 game preview

    Don McPeak-US PRESSWIRE

On defense, the Titans were very strong against the Jaguars up front in Week 12. The line recorded seven sacks, with rookie linebacker Zach Brown contributing two to the Tennessee sack total. It was a solid defensive stats for a unit that has struggled in 2012, allowing the second most points in the NFL through 12 weeks. Only twice have the Titans held an opposing offense under 24 points.

SuperHorn from Music City Miracles says that the Titans should add more no huddle to the offense to accommodate Jake Locker:
