He left Sunday's game late in the third quarter due to an illness, as the Texans trail the Minnesota Vikings, 16-6. His return is questionable, according to the team's official Twitter account.

While the Houston Texans are headed for the playoffs, they have lost running back Arian Foster, possibly for the rest of the day, due to an illness.

Until his exit, Foster had been having an uncharacteristically poor game. He had managed just 15 yards on 10 carries, in a game where the Texans have rushed for just 32 yards overall.
For the season, he has attempted 325 carries and picked up 1,313 yards and 14 touchdowns. He leads the team in all three categories, but has yet to score today, as all of Houston’s points have come on two field goals.
Houston is 12-2 this year, and will finish the regular season at Indianapolis next Sunday. The Texans have already locked up the AFC South.
