In addition to the possibility of earning a week off, the Broncos still have a shot at getting the No. 1 seed in the AFC, which would give them home field advantage through the playoffs, if the Houston Texans lose to the Indianapolis Colts on the road. However, Denver must make sure it takes care of business against Kansas City (2-13), a team which hasn't played well, but boasts enough talent to send five players to the 2013 Pro Bowl, the same number of players that Denver will send.
According to experts from around the web, the Broncos all but have at least the No. 2 seed in the bag. Analysts from CBS Sports, USA Today and Yahoo! Sports unanimously picked Denver to get past the Chiefs in Week 17.
