The Kansas City Chiefs won an emotional game on Sunday, beating the Carolina Panthers, 27-21, in Arrowhead Stadium the day after the murder-suicide involving Jovan Belcher.
AFC West injury report, Week 13: Derrick Johnson hurts hamstring
On a very tough day in Arrowhead Stadium, the Chiefs watched a few key players leave early, but still got the win.

In the contest, the Chiefs lost Derrick Johnson and Brandon Flowers, both to hamstring injuries. The severity of the injuries is unclear at this point. Branden Albert was also held out of his starting spot with back spasms.
In the Denver Broncos' 31-23 victory over Tampa Bay, linebacker Wesley Woodyard had to leave with a injury to his right ankle. With Denver playing on Thursday night against the Oakland Raiders, it will be a challenge for Woodyard to play, although he's currently listed as day-to-day.
Speaking of Oakland, its secondary took a huge hit, with three members suffering concussions against the Cleveland Browns. Matt Giordano, Mike Mitchell and Phillip Adams all left the team's 20-17 loss with head injuries and did not return. It's highly unlikely any will play on Thursday.
