The Saints and Panthers will both conclude their 2012 seasons on Sunday afternoon in the Superdome, in a game lacking any playoff implications.

The 7-8 Saints will be hoping to reach .500 for the year with a win. They boast the NFL’s No. 3 offense in terms of both yardage and scoring, largely due to a passing attack that averages 307 yards per game.
The Panthers are assured to finish this season under .500, as they enter the final game at just 6-9. A win could see them finish above the Saints in the NFC South, though, something that hasn’t happened since 2008.
