The Kansas City Chiefs hope to build upon a big win over the Carolina Panthers when they take on the Cleveland Browns on Sunday at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
NFL odds Week 14: Chiefs vs. Browns
The Cleveland Browns are favored by nearly a touchdown on Sunday at home against the Chiefs.

The Chiefs had lost eight straight games before Sunday's 27-21 victory. Quarterback Brady Quinn tossed two touchdowns on 19-of-23 passing, including leading a crucial scoring drive in the waning moments of the game. Kansas City rallied around a tragedy for the big win, yet will face stiff competition on the road against the Browns in Week 14.
Cleveland heads into the game as 6.5-point favorites, holding the advantage over the Chiefs in nearly every matchup in the game. The Browns are 4-3 in their last seven games and have won two straight, including a 20-14 victory over Pittsburgh that came just a week after losing to the Dallas Cowboys in overtime.
Quarterback Brandon Weeden leads the NFL's No. 25 offense against the Chiefs' No. 27 defense, with the over/under set at just 37.5 for Sunday.
Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET with coverage on CBS.
