Bryant McFadden, Arnaz Battle Released By Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers started some early roster cuts by releasing veteran CB Bryant McFadden and WR Arnaz Battle.

McFadden’s playing time took a big dip this year so it’s not a major surprise he’s gone. He was playing a lot more special teams throughout the season. Likewise, Battle played a lot of special teams. He didn’t record a reception in his two seasons with the Steelers.
McFadden was originally picked up by the Steelers in the second round of the 2005 NFL draft. Other than one season with the Arizona Cardinals, he's spent his entire NFL career in Pittsburgh.
In other waived TE Miguel Chavis and LB Erik Clanton. They signed CB Myron Rolle, WR Juamorris Stewart and LB Brandon HIcks.
