It is the thick of the offseason, and NFL teams are trying to build their best rosters for the 2012 season. This includes strategy leading up to this month's 2012 NFL Draft, exploring the free agent market and working out trades between teams. It appears that the Cincinnati Bengals are working on two significant moves on Wednesday.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Bengals are currently working on a trade that would send linebacker Keith Rivers to the New York Giants. Jason La Canfora of NFL.com reported that a deal between the two teams could be completed by the end of Wednesday. This move comes on the heels of the Bengals signing free agent Pro Bowl cornerback Terence Newman.

Rivers was drafted in the first round of the 2008 NFL Draft by the Bengals, as the No. 9 overall selection. Rivers has 121 career tackles, two sacks and two interceptions.
