The PIttsburgh Steelers have agreed to terms on a two-year deal with wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery, according to Manish Mehta of the NY Daily News. Cotchery had several suitors in free agency, including the Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Rams.

Cotchery played his first seven NFL seasons with the New York Jets where he topped out with a career best 1,130 receiving yards in the 2007 season. He joined the Steelers last season and finished the 2011 season with 16 receptions for 237 yards and two touchdowns.

Cotchery is a veteran receiver who will help fill part of the void from losing Hines Ward, whose playing time steadily decreased throughout the season.

In his eight-year career, Cotchery has 374 recepetions for 4,751 yards and 20 touchdowns.
