NFL Schedule 2012: Bengals Vs. Ravens On ‘Monday Night Football’ In Week 1, According To Report

Like in years past, there have been a few early leaks before the NFL officially lifts the curtain on the 2012 NFL schedule on Tuesday night. The New England Patriots have already announced they have four primetime games in the 2012 season, and now there's a report out of Baltimore that says the Ravens will open the season against the Cincinnati Bengals on "Monday Night Football."

WNST reports that the Ravens will host the Bengals on Monday, Sept. 10, which falls during Week 1 of the schedule. The NFL plans to released the full 2012 NFL schedule at 7 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday night, so this isn't official yet.

The NFL often runs two “Monday Night Football” games in Week 1, with one taking place on the West Coast. If the report is accurate, this could be the first of two “Monday Night Football” games in Week 1.

Stay tuned to this StoryStream for more on the 2012 NFL schedule release. For more news and notes on the Ravens, visit Baltimore Beat Down.
