Jets 2012 Schedule: New York Hosts Patriots On Thanksgiving Day

The New York Jets -- for good or ill -- will be one of the most watched and most discussed NFL teams in 2012. The addition of supposed backup quarterback Tim Tebow has all but assured that the media scrutiny and coverage will be off the charts. The biggest storyline of the year, it seems, will be whether Tebow will oust incumbent quarterback Mark Sanchez from his starting job.

The 2012 NFL schedule has been released and the NFL seems to be well aware of the anticipated hype. The Jets will play four games during prime time this year, including a huge marquee matchup against the New England Patriots on Thanksgiving. With all regular-season opponents laid out in front of them, Rex Ryan and his team will now have all summer to prepare for kickoff in the fall.
