Curtis Painter Reunites With Jim Caldwell In Baltimore
The Baltimore Ravens have signed former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Curtis Painter. The signing reunites the QB with his former head coach with the Colts, Jim Caldwell.

Jason La Canfora of NFL.com reports that the Ravens have secured another piece of the puzzle on Thursday. The team has signed former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Curtis Painter to act as the backup for starting QB Joe Flacco.
The signing reunites Painter with quarterbacks coach Jim Caldwell, who acted as head coach for the Colts from the time Painter was drafted in 2009 until last year, when Caldwell was fired from the team after Indianapolis finished with a 2-14 record.
In three NFL seasons, Painter holds career marks of six touchdowns, 11 interceptions and 1,624 passing yards. He made eight starts in the 2011 season for the injured Peyton Manning, but has yet to win a game as a starting quarterback.
