The Seattle Seahawks were fined with the loss of three offseason training activities (OTAs) for violating the no-contact rules during offseason workouts. The NFL is reportedly investigating the New Orleans Saints on a similar case, according to a report from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

At a Saints practice earlier this week, a fight broke out, reportedly over hitting the quarterback, Chase Daniel. The offseason rules don't allow for any live contact, so NFL officials are likely looking for something on the film that would constitute a violation of that rule.
Because the rules on offseason workouts were negotiated between the league and the players, it’s not unheard of for a player to report the team’s violation.
On Thursday, the Saints are wrapping up their final OTA for the week before a series of OTAs scheduled for next week. If they’re found to be guilty, next week’s OTAs could be in jeopardy.
