Dez Bryant Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge
Dez Bryant was reportedly arrested in Texas on Monday on a domestic violence charge.

Bryant’s time in the public eye as a football star has been lamentably checkered. An NCAA suspension from Oklahoma State that ended his 2009 season for not properly disclosing his relationship with Deion Sanders and a possibly unearned rep as a player who is difficult to coach have helped color his public perception, despite a lack of any visible incidents with the law or his teams.
A domestic violence arrest changes that calculus, obviously, and may end up depriving the Cowboys of their most potent deep threat for part of the 2012 NFL season if Bryant catches a suspension from the NFL. Bryant had 63 catches for 938 yards and nine touchdowns in 2011.
