Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was arrested Saturday night in Oakland, Calif., on suspicion of driving under the influence, a spokesman for the Alameda County Sheriff's Office told the Bay Area News Group. Lynch was taken to Santa Rita Jail, where he was cited and released.
Marshawn Lynch Arrested For DUI, According To Report

Lynch, 26, has been involved in several legal incidents throughout his career. In 2008, his drivers license was revoked after he struck a woman with his car outside a bar in Buffalo, N.Y. In 2009, he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor weapons charge that resulted in a three-game NFL suspension.
Given his history, it’s possible that his NFL punishment will be more severe. If he is suspended, it’ll delay the follow-up to his breakout 2011 season. In his first full year with the Seahawks, Lynch ran for a career-high 1,204 yards with 13 total touchdowns.
