Marshawn Lynch has officially been charged with driving under the influence. Alameda County officials confirmed that Lynch, who was arrested over the weekend, has been charged with DUI and having a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher.

The Seattle Seahawks are in a tough spot with Lynch. They gave him a four-year, $31 million deal last March that included $17 million in guarantees and now find themselves in a position where their running back could be suspended. Lynch has prior history of misconduct, already having served a three-game suspension earlier in his career, which leaves the door open for NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to levy another punishment.
Lynch was reportedly seen weaving between lanes and nearly hit two cars before being pulled over, the police report said. The Seahawks are aware of the situation and determining the facts.
