Anthony Adams Believes He Can Fly

Bill Hanstock
Bill Hanstock is a writer, author and Emmy Award-winning producer. He began writing for SB Nation in 2011.

Defensive tackle Anthony Adams last played with the Chicago Bears and is currently a free agent. If no NFL teams are beating down his door, it's okay; he may have a second career for himself. It turns out that Adams is a huge fan of basketball and has created a video showcasing his unbelievable skills at handling the rock. Please hit the jump, because this is definitely the best video you will see all day.

What technique! What ability! What a vertical! Check out the way he steals a ball from a toddler like he’s stealing a ball from a baby. You can’t teach that kind of god-given talent, man.

My favorite part of this, however, is on the crossover and the fake-out, how he points at the ball in order to confuse opponents. They’re all like, WHOOOOOAAAAA WHERE DID THE BALL GO???

You’re telling me the Warriors or the Raptors can’t use a player like this? Or the Knicks? Come on, NBA teams! Get off your butts and sign Anthony Adams!
