Second-year QB Cam Newton, after his dominant rookie season, is quickly becoming one of the biggest stars in the NFL, although Miami fans likely won’t get much of a chance to see him in a game where the starters aren’t likely to play more than the first quarter.
For the Dolphins, the big story-line will be the play of first-year QB Ryan Tannehill as the team tries to develop the Texas A&M product while also maintaining a QB competition under first year coach Joe Philbin.
