The New Orleans Saints have signed free agent wide receiver Greg Camarillo to a one-year deal, according to Camarillo's agent, JR Rickert.

Camarillo, 30, spent the past two seasons with the Minnesota Vikings, catching 29 passes for 361 yards and a touchdown in 29 games. In addition to his duties at WR, he also returned kicks for the Vikings in 2010. Before that, he played for the Miami Dolphins for three seasons. His best year as an NFL player came in 2008 in Miami, when he had 55 receptions for 613 yards and two scores.

Camarillo played his college ball at Stanford, catching 46 balls for 614 yards over four seasons, while earning Academic All-Pac-10 honors in three of them. Camarillo signed with the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He appeared in four games during the 2006 season before being waived.
