Redskins Vs. Rams, Week 2: Skins Fans Not Happy With Coaching Decisions, Replacement Referees

The Redskins lost to the Rams on Sunday, 31-28, a result that disappointed Redskins fans whose expectations were higher after the season-opening win in New Orleans. The game was a chippy, physical affair with a late penalty knocking the Redskins out of game-tying field goal range. The Redskins struggled on special teams again, and the coaching staff made a few questionable calls that had Washington fans scratching their heads.

The writers at SB Nation’s Redskins blog, Hogs Haven, seemed a bit frustrated after the Week 2 performance. They had some interesting things to say about the game, go take a look for yourself.

On the coaching staff:

Anyone grading the coaching staff across the Redskins Offense, Defense, and Special Teams would probably give F's across the board.

On the officiating:

The wretched officiating to allow the game to get so fiesty and chippy all day long.

Up next for the Redskins will be a visit from the Cincinnati Bengals 1 p.m. Sunday. The game will be aired on CBS, and Redskins fans will be looking for a better improvement from their team.
