Sunday’s game between the Atlanta Falcons and the San Diego Chargers was billed as a battle of the unbeatens but the visitor’s were the only ones who seemed like they planned on remaining flawless. The Chargers were absolutely embarrassed in front of their home crowd and the fine gentlemen over at Bolts From the Blue were clearly upset with their team’s performance.

Mathews has been sitting out with an injured clavicle, which he suffered roughly six weeks ago. He was initially listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against Atlanta, but it appears that his condition has improved enough to allow him to play.
Last year, Mathews rushed for 1,091 yards on 222 carries while playing in 14 games. Now in his third season since being drafted in the first round in 2010, he’s still waiting to play a full 16-game schedule.
