C.J. Spiller is active for Sunday's Week 4 matchup between the Buffalo Bills and the New England Patriots, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Fred Jackson is also active. Spiller was a game-time decision after suffering a shoulder injury last week against the Cleveland Browns. Jackson is coming off a knee injury suffered in the season opener.
C.J. Spiller injury: Bills RB active for Sunday’s game against Patriots
C.J. Spiller is active for Sunday’s game between the Bills and the Patriots. Fred Jackson is also active, giving the Bills a full, but dinged-up backfield.

Fantasy Impact: The Bills' backfield is very unclear at the moment. It's difficult to tell just how carries will be split between Jackson and Spiller. While Spiller has been stellar with Jackson sidelined, Jackson is likely closer to 100 percent. Expect some sort of split, making both backs viable Flex options. Tashard Choice will likely be relegated to the bench.
