In one of the most anticipated Week 1 games, Peyton Manning makes his debut with the Denver Broncos against the vaunted Pittsburgh Steelers defense Sunday night. Manning, the legendary Indianapolis Colts quarterback, missed last season with a neck injury before being cut by his former team. That neck will be the most watched thing in the country Sunday night, as the aggressive Steelers defense takes dead aim at Manning. Pittsburgh was knocked out of last year's playoffs by Denver, and will be itching to set the record straight.

Yahoo's NFL experts are split, with Mike Silver and Les Carpenter taking Pittsburgh, and Jason Cole choosing Denver. CBS experts are likewise divided, with five choosing the Steelers and three taking the Broncos. ESPN's experts lean toward Denver, with just four of twelve -- Mike Golic, Merril Hoge, Keyshawn Johnson and Mike Ditka -- choosing the Steelers.

NFL.com’s Albert Breer took the Steelers:

Peyton Manning will be fine. And so will Mike Wallace, who came in last Saturday to work all day one-on-one with his position coach and floored coordinator Todd Haley and the offensive staff with his knowledge of the new scheme.

Kickoff is set for 8:30 p.m. ET at Mile High Stadium. NBC will handle television coverage, starting at 8:15 p.m. ET.
