Chargers coaching rumors: Bruce Arians interested in joining Tom Telesco
Bruce Arians expressed interested in joining Tom Telesco in moving from the Indianapolis Colts to the San Diego Chargers.

Arians appeared on The Mighty 1090 in San Diego to discuss his health and future head coaching opportunities. He doesn’t have an interview set up at the moment but expressed interest in the Chargers opening. When asked if he’d be interested, Arians said, “I would be now that Tommy’s there. I think so much of [the] success that teams have are great relationships between general manager and head coach.” Telesco was the vice president of football operations in Indy in 2012.
Many teams have shown interested in hiring Arians as their head coach, but he maintains it will have to be the right job for him to leave Indianapolis. “It’s going to have to be a perfect fit for me to leave what we have done here, and not just to jump out to be a head coach,” Arians said.
He went on to say that he’d like the whole process to be over by Jan. 18.
