An ill-advised Matt Ryan pass helped set up Seattle's vital drive. A lofting pass to the sidelines was easily picked off by Earl Thomas, giving Seattle an opportunity to shift the momentum. As the Seahawks drove 62 yards in only four plays, it was tight end Zach Miller who caught a three-yard touchdown pass, putting the pressure on Atlanta's shoulders.
This is a familar position for the Atlanta Falcons. Doubts are creeping in, and their past inability to perform in the playoffs is rearing its head yet again. They’ll need to score quickly to silence those thoughts and stop this mounting comeback from Seattle, which is playing with confidence.
