But what is the root of this mini-dance? Is it an attempt at Michael Jackson’s iconic dance move? Is it an homage to Elaine’s “Little Kicks” dance? Is he pantomiming kicking a football? Is he just on-purpose causing that referee to be startled for juuuuust a second?
It’s a mystery.
