On the day he announced that he would retire once the Ravens' season is over, Ray Lewis was a full participant in practice Wednesday. Lewis tore his right triceps on Oct. 14 against the Dallas Cowboys and hasn't played since.

Wide receiver Torrey Smtih was also a full participant in practice on Wednesday in spite a knee injury. Smith played in two series against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, Dec. 30 before being taken out of the game along with many of the Ravens' starters.

The 11 Ravens limited in practice on Wednesday were defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (knee), safety Bernard Pollard (chest), fullback Vonta Leach (ankle), guard Marshal Yanda (shoulder, knee), running back Bernard Pierce (ankle), running back Anthony Allen (head), tight end Billy Bajema (head), wide receiver Tandon Doss (ankle), cornerback Chris Johnson (thigh), defensive end Pernell McPhee (thigh), and tackle Jah Reid (toe).

Ngata and Yanda did not practice last week and did not play against the Bengals. Wide receiver Anquan Boldin (shoulder) and linebacker Terrell Suggs (biceps) were full participants after being held out of the Bengals game as well.
